Money-Back Guarantee

Money-back guarantee in web development is one of the basic factors to consider when choosing the right contractor. We do our best to meet all the requirements in each project. Should you not be satisfied with our service, you are fully protected by our money-back guarantee. A refund can be issued if:

• we cannot complete your order;
• you are not gratified with the final product and provide us with reasons for your dissatisfaction;
• the work on your order hadn’t been started when the request for a refund was received.

Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellation is possible when the customer or supplier voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a customer’s card account or bank account before the work on the order is started. ShopHtml will not collect a deposit from the customer and will release previously authorized funds at the card issuing bank’s discretion.

REFUNDS:

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can always contact us for a full refund.

ShopHtml refunds money by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer’s card or account at the card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited back to the appropriate account or account at the card.
